Job summary

Virtua Health is seeking a CT technologist to perform CT scan examinations across departments, with rotation between Voorhees, Marlton, and Berlin campuses. Requires ARRT certification, NJ licensure, and CPR certification. Per diem, part-time role with on-site responsibilities.

The position emphasizes high-quality imaging, collaboration with radiologists, and adherence to established protocols. Sign-on bonus and benefits are available for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in CT preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology.
• ARRT certification; NJ DEP licensure; CPR certification required. If not CT certified, boards must be taken within one year.

Responsibilities

• Consistently performs high quality CT scans according to radiologist protocols and age-specific considerations.
• Utilizes RIS, PACS, Web Viewer and ADW systems; ensures proper documentation.
• Obtains relevant medical information before procedures and verifies physician orders.
• Provides safe IV contrast administration and assists during interventional CT procedures.
• Provides on-call coverage when indicated and supports training of new CT technologists.
