Job summary

Broadlawns Medical Center is seeking a CT Technologist for our Imaging Services. The role involves performing routine and specialized CT procedures, and the position includes on-call responsibilities after standard hours to cover evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT certification, and a valid Iowa permit. Prior CT experience or cross-training at Broadlawns is preferred.

The CT Tech performs a variety of radiologic procedures including routine and special CT procedures within the limits of standard procedures of the Imaging Services Department. Position has \"on call\" responsibilities including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Performs the additional duties of general radiology and procedures as needed.**PERFORMANCE STANDARDS**1. Performs duties and responsibilities in accordance with Medical Center policy & procedure.2. Demonstrates flexibility to adapt to changes in workload, schedule, department function and procedures 3. Actively participates in creating a positive and harmonious work environment by demonstrating teamwork and cooperative, responsive behaviors. 4. Meets/exceeds competency criteria specific to the task/duties of the position. 5. Demonstrates behaviors of service excellence consistent with hospital-wide unit-specific standards. 6.
