Qualifications

• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Radiology certification (ARRT-R) required.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Scan Technologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions.
• Administer contrast material.
• Prepare and operate CT scan equipment.
• Position patient to capture appropriate images.
• Send images to Radiologist for interpretation.
