Job summary

Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a skilled CT Tech to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The CT Tech will perform diagnostic CT imaging, ensure patient comfort and safety, and collaborate with radiologists for accurate diagnoses.

The ideal candidate holds ARRT CT certification, 2+ years of CT experience, and strong communication skills. This role requires flexibility including potential weekends and holidays, with competitive benefits and a focus on safety and quality imaging.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in radiologic technology is preferred.
• ARRT certification in CT is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Tech.
• Excellent technical skills and knowledge of CT equipment and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' internal organs and tissues.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and answering questions.
• Position patients correctly and adjust equipment settings to obtain best images.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any adverse reactions.
• Collaborate with radiologists to review and interpret images.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of procedures and patient information.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of CT equipment and exam rooms.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in CT technology and techniques.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
