A leading healthcare provider seeks a CT Technologist to perform CT exams while ensuring quality assessments and providing education to patients. Applicants should possess a Radiography license and preferably have prior experience in computed tomography. This role is critical in delivering diagnostic services across multiple hospital locations.
Scope of Position
The Computed Tomography division encompasses stationary CT equipment located in University Hospital, East Hospital, James Cancer Hospital and OSUWMC Ambulatory Imaging locations.
Position Summary
The CT Technologist performs computerized tomographic exams/procedures for the diagnosis/treatment of disease or injury. In addition, the position provides patient education and performs quality assessment activities for the division, under the direction of the Imaging Supervisor/Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
For Hire: Current Radiography license, ARRT (R) required. Current Radiography ODH license required. Previous CT Technologist experience is preferred. Advanced registry in Computed Tomography preferred.
Ongoing: Maintains registry amp; licensing status; meets mandatory education and health surveillance requirements. Demonstrates competence in technical, interpersonal, and cognitive skills required to meet essential job functions.
