The Valley Hospital in Paramus, NJ is seeking a CT Technologist to operate the CT scanner and follow physician orders. You will assist patients, verify IDs, select exams from the worklist, and ensure images are archived in PACS and RIS.
The role requires ARRT CT certification, NJ license and CT experience. The position features a night shift (every other Saturday, 11 p.m.–7 a.m.) and one holiday per year, with opportunities to stay current on new CT procedures and work with a dedicated radiology
Reporting to and functioning under the general supervision of the Supervisor, the CT Technologist prepares for and operates a CT Scanner following specific physician orders. Produces detailed computer-generated scans of patients for diagnostic and interventional information. Assists patients onto scanner, verifies patient identification prior to scan, selects patient from worklist, ensures exam is archived on the PACS and completed properly in the RIS. Maintains facilities in proper order. Must keep abreast of all new CT procedures.
Every other Saturday overnight, 11 p.m.-7 a.m. 1 holiday per year.

Pay Range: $47.80 - $59.75 per hour.
