Job Responsibilities

1. Perform computerized axial tomography procedures, providing quality services to clients and patients independently and professionally.
2. Obtain and evaluate patient information to produce appropriate images, demonstrating knowledge of age-specific requirements.
3. Explain procedures to patients and maintain skills to complete duties efficiently.
4. Operate radiographic equipment to produce diagnostic radiographs.
5. Administer contrast material as per physician requests, using proper protocols and techniques.
6. Prevent infection transfer and comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
7. Follow policies and procedures of the client facility and Quik Travel Staffing.

Minimum Requirements

• Current California Department of Health License/Certification as a Computed Tomography Technologist
• At least 1.5 years of experience as a CT Technologist
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• LA Fire Safety Card
