Job summary

Southern California Hospitals is seeking a CT Tech to perform computed tomography and diagnostic radiology procedures in a busy acute care setting in Los Angeles.

The role requires a California Radiologic Technologist license, at least one year of acute care experience, and current BLS. Fluoroscopy certification and strong English communication are preferred to ensure patient safety and high-quality imaging.

Qualifications

• Current Licensure as Radiologic Technologist in the State of California.
• One year recent experience in an acute care facility.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Fluoroscopy license/certification.
• AHA Basic Life Support.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of CT and diagnostic radiologic procedures with optimal imaging.
• Verifies patient identity and procedure per physician order and hospital policy.
• Ensures infection control and radiation safety (ALARA).
• Maintains accurate documentation and billing records.
• Communicates with patients and care teams with compassion and professionalism.
