Job Title: CT Technician – Full Time (40 Hours)

Position Summary

Performs diagnostic procedures utilizing radiation detection and imaging equipment. Provides quality care to patients of all age groups, from newborn to elderly, according to department standards. Produces high‑quality images safely and efficiently, completes required exams, sends studies to the reading station for radiologist review, and maintains all associated documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging examinations in a safe and effective manner.
• Generate high‑quality images for radiologic interpretation.
• Document and transmit studies to the appropriate reading station.
• Complete all required competency exams within the designated introductory period.
• Assist with other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited imaging program.
• Experience: Preferred 1–3 years of CT experience.
• Certifications: ARRT, documentation of CT training and experience; must obtain CT Registry within one year of hire; BLS; state license if required.

Additional Requirements

Candidates must successfully complete a background check and pre‑employment health screening, which includes a drug screen. The hospital is required by federal, state, and/or local laws to comply with mandatory vaccination of its workforce. Vaccination or an appropriate religious or medical exemption must be provided before the start date.
