Job summary

Mercy One is seeking a CT Tech to join our radiology team. You’ll grow your skills with state-of-the-art equipment and make a real difference in patient care.

No CT experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to help you excel, and you’ll work with a collaborative team that values teamwork. This full-time, day-shift role offers relocation eligibility and a strong benefits package (health, dental, vision, life insurance, 403b with match), plus PTO from day one and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Accredited two-year Radiologic Technology program completed (ARRT or NMTCB).
• CT experience preferred; CT credential (ARRT or NMTCB) preferred.
• Active registry status maintained.
• Current state licensure to practice Radiology Technologist.
• Proof of Mandatory Reporter abuse training completed within three months of hire.
• Maintains Basic Life Support qualification.

Responsibilities

• Efficient interpretation of clinical information from clinical team meeting radiology needs of patients.
• Thorough and accurate imaging technique for patient positioning respective to the order.
• Hyper-sensitivity in monitoring radiation exposure time and activity.
• Routinely apply sterile techniques and quality safety practices for patients, teammates, and yourself.
• Mechanical aptitude and confidence troubleshooting, calibrating, and maintaining radiology equipment to avoid equipment failures.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant credentials as defined below:
• Successful completion of an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology program (ARRT or NMTCB).
• Previous CT experience preferred. CT credential (ARRT or NMTCB) preferred.
• Maintains active registry status.
• Maintains current state of employment Permit to Practice Radiology Technologist License
• Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to population served within three (3) months of hire.
• Maintains Basic Life Support qualification
