Job summary

Cooper Lighting Solutions is hiring a CT Tech in Newnan, Georgia. The role entails performing diagnostic CT examinations and providing patient care across all age groups including neonatal, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.

Ideal candidates will be graduates of an accredited Radiologic Technology program with at least 6 months of related experience. Required certifications include ARRT and BCLS upon hire.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program.
  • 6 months experience as a Radiological Technologist preferred.
  • ARRT certification required upon hire.
  • BCLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic Computerized Tomographic examinations under Radiologist guidance.
  • Provide patient care to all age groups.

CT Tech

Overview: Computed Tomography (CT) Technologists specialize in using ionizing radiation to produce cross-sectional images to help doctors diagnose and treat patients. CT Technologists perform diagnostic Computerized Tomographic examinations in accordance with all prescribed standards under the direct guidance of the supervising Radiologist. CT Technologists provide patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics.

Education
