Job summary

Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center, part of Samaritan Health Services, seeks a skilled CT Technologist to join the GSR CT Scan team in Corvallis, Oregon. You will perform high-quality CT procedures per licensure and professional standards.

ARRT RT(R) credential required; CT credential within one year; Oregon Radiologic Technology license; hospital experience preferred; strong patient communication and safety focus essential.

Qualifications

• Current ARRT RT(R) credential required. If registry eligible, credential within six (6) months of hire required.
• Current ARRT (CT) credential within one (1) year of hire required.
• Current unencumbered Oregon license in Radiologic Technology required. If a new graduate, temporary license upon hire and permanent license within six (6) months of hire required.
• Experience in a hospital setting preferred.

Salary Range Salary Range: $44.85 - $65.94

Performs high-quality computerized axial tomography procedures within the scope of state licensure at a technical and professional level that does not require direct supervision. Performs appropriate patient evaluation and uses proper technical factors for diagnostic image production.

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION

The Diagnostic Imaging teams at Samaritan Health Services use state-of-the-art imaging technology while providing health care teams with the information needed for a fast, accurate diagnosis. Imaging services include: X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, Bone Density, CT Scan, Digital Mammography, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and Ultrasound services. We now offer PET-CT scans, the latest in diagnostic imaging technology and one of the most powerful imaging tools that physicians can use to help diagnose and treat patients with cancer and other diagnoses.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

Current ARRT RT(R) credential required. If registry eligible, credential within six (6) months of hire required.
