The CAT Scanner Technologist utilizes imaging, computer and other equipment as appropriate to produce and retain high quality diagnostic images which meet or exceed department, organizational and industry standards.

Qualifications

• State Radiography License and CT certification within 1 year of hire.
• Temporary State Radiography License with CT certification within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality diagnostic CT images using imaging equipment.
• Prepare patients for procedures and educate/answer questions while ensuring patient safety.
• Oversee and train students as part of their training.
