Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program with a focus on computed tomography.
• Valid state licensure to practice as a radiologic technologist where applicable.
• Demonstrated knowledge of CT imaging protocols, radiation safety, and patient care standards.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanning equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures according to prescribed protocols.
• Prepare and position patients appropriately to ensure optimal image quality and patient comfort.
• Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety and respond promptly to concerns.
• Maintain detailed records of procedures, patient information, and imaging results.
• Collaborate with radiologists to review images for diagnostic accuracy.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and infection control policies.
