Eligible for $15k Sign-On Incentive
This position is accountable for performing quality CT Scan Imaging through the application of advanced technical knowledge while adhering to the standards set by Parkland Health and appropriate regulatory agencies. The shift for this position is Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, from 7:45 pm to 7:15 am, with premium shift differentials applying.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiology and/or Computed Tomography (CT) Program.
- Prefer two (2) years of experience performing Radiology procedures, but all experience will be considered.
- Equivalent education recognized and accepted by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) to be eligible to sit for the ARRT(R) and advanced ARRT credential exams.
- Must have current ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and/or Computed Tomography (CT).
- Must have a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) certification from the Texas Department of State Health Services (TDSHS) or Texas Medical Board.
- Must have a current Healthcare Provider (BLS Level) CPR card from one of the following: American Heart Association, American Red Cross Rescuer, or Military Training Network.
- Knowledge of CT equipment, anatomy, and physics.
- Proficiency in computer software applications.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
