Job summary

MetroHealth Radiology Department in Cleveland, OH is seeking a CT Technologist to perform high-quality CT imaging, assist in CT-guided procedures, and coordinate patient scheduling. The role emphasizes patient education, clear communication, and teamwork within the CT unit.

We value ARRT credentialing, Ohio licensure, and BLS; a strong foundation in anatomy and trauma imaging will help provide care to diverse patient populations in a Level One Trauma Center setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtain within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• BLS certification either possessed or obtained within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality CT images in various clinical settings.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies and drain placements.
• Coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients about procedures, equipment, and examinations.
• Demonstrate on-the-spot critical thinking and effective communication.
• Work independently and as part of the CT team.
