Job summary

Main Line Health in Pennsylvania is seeking a CAT Scan Technologist at Riddle Hospital to perform a variety of CT procedures with professional judgment and high-quality diagnostic imaging. The role supports clinical ethics and safe patient care while working independently within a collaborative care team.

The position requires ARRT (R) and BLS certification, with CT certification preferred and a minimum of one year CT experience. JRCERT‑accredited radiologic technology training is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of recent CT experience preferred.
• Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited program in Radiologic Technology required.
• ARRT (R) certification required.
• ARRT (CT) certification preferred.
• IV certification preferred (or must obtain by end of onboarding/training).
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
• Verify patient clinical history and ensure accuracy of imaging orders.
• Prepare and educate patients for procedures to ensure safety and comfort.
• Provide patient-centered care while maintaining professionalism and compassion.
• Maintain equipment and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the care team.

Education

Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited program in Radiologic Technology

• Week One: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 10:00 AM-10:00 PM
• Week Two: Monday, Friday 10:00 AM-10:00 PM, Saturday 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• 36 Hours Per Week - Benefits Eligible

Position Summary

The CAT Scan Technologist performs a variety of CT procedures while exercising professional judgment to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services. This role requires maintaining standards consistent with medical ethics and organizational values, delivering safe and appropriate care to all patient populations, and working independently in the provision of services.
