Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a CT Scan Tech in Tucson, AZ. The role requires at least 2 years of experience and an active Arizona radiographer license. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic CT scans under a Radiologist's guidance, managing CT system processing, and delivering services mainly in the Emergency Department. The position is full-time with an evening shift from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM on a 4/10 rotation. Immediate start is required. Local candidates may receive a lesser rate, and a BLS certification is needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to perform IV starts.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures across various body parts.
• Manage CT system processing and adhere to sterile procedures.
• Deliver services primarily in the Emergency Department with some float assignments.

Position Description

The CT Technologist is a graduate of an accredited AMA school and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT). The technologist is licensed by the state as a general radiographer and is responsible for providing timely diagnostic services to both inpatient and outpatient patients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures, including but not limited to CT of head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures.
• Manage CT system processing, including knowledge of surgical/sterile procedures and studies with or without contrast media.
• Maintain competency in cross-sectional anatomy.
• Deliver services primarily in the Emergency Department, with occasional float assignments as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• AT least 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist.
• Active Arizona license as a general radiographer.
• Registered with ARRT as a CT Technologist.
• BLS certification.
• Capability to start IVs.

Schedule:

• Duration: 13 weeks.
• Shift: 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM, 4/10 rotation (Sun–Wed).
• Project start date: 5/11/2026 (Immediate start required if possible by 5/04/26).
