Position Description
The CT Technologist is a graduate of an accredited AMA school and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT). The technologist is licensed by the state as a general radiographer and is responsible for providing timely diagnostic services to both inpatient and outpatient patients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures, including but not limited to CT of head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures.
- Manage CT system processing, including knowledge of surgical/sterile procedures and studies with or without contrast media.
- Maintain competency in cross-sectional anatomy.
- Deliver services primarily in the Emergency Department, with occasional float assignments as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- AT least 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist.
- Active Arizona license as a general radiographer.
- Registered with ARRT as a CT Technologist.
- BLS certification.
- Capability to start IVs.
Schedule:
- Duration: 13 weeks.
- Shift: 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM, 4/10 rotation (Sun–Wed).
- Project start date: 5/11/2026 (Immediate start required if possible by 5/04/26).

- Philips 128 Ingenuity (ER scanner, primary for nights)
- Philips Brilliance 64
- Philips Big Bore 16
Rate: Local candidates may receive a lesser rate.
