Job summary

The Staff Pad seeks a Radiologic Technologist to join the Radiology Department in Las Vegas. You will perform diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and accurate results during the night shift.

Operate CT imaging equipment, position patients, and maintain imaging records. ARRT and BLS/CPR certifications are required, with a preference for 1 year of experience and commitment to ongoing CT training.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Interpret imaging orders from physicians and healthcare providers.
• Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment to ensure diagnostic accuracy.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort while explaining procedures and addressing concerns.
• Administer IV contrast as required to enhance imaging quality.
• Maintain accurate imaging records and patient documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with CT technology, techniques, and best practices.
