Job summary

Altusemergency in Lubbock, Texas is looking for a Radiology Technologist to operate radiographic and CT scan equipment. You will ensure patient safety, perform complex imaging tasks and document procedures accurately.

Working under the supervision of the ER Physician, you will maintain high standards of radiation safety and assist in patient care. Candidates must have an accredited Radiologic Technology background and at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum of 1 year of CT scanning experience.
• Current certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.

Responsibilities

• Operate radiographic equipment to produce radiographs.
• Administer contrast for CT scans and monitor patient responses.
• Ensure radiation safety practices are followed.
