Job summary

Harborview Medical Center – Radiology in Seattle is seeking a Radiology Technologist, CT, for a 90% FTE position. You will perform skilled CT procedures and educate patients before and after exams.

As part of UW Medicine, Harborview offers a Level I Trauma center with advanced imaging services, QA/QC involvement, and opportunities to orient new staff, technologists, researchers, and students.

Qualifications

• Certified by the State of Washington as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Satisfactory completion of formal technology training in an AMA approved school.
• ARRT registration or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled radiographic procedures that assist in the diagnosis or treatment of patients.
• Provide education to patients and families prior to and post radiology procedure.
• Participate in Dept QA/QC, data collection and recommend solutions; assist in orientation of new staff, researchers and students.
