Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with radiography and CT procedures is required.
• Basic understanding of cross-sectional anatomy.

Responsibilities

• Performs computed tomography procedures with appropriate protocol per radiologist.
• Maintains patient comfort, safety, and consent throughout CT exams.
• Obtains and documents clinical history to support imaging requests.
• Operates CT equipment and prepares contrast media as prescribed.
• Evaluates image quality and makes necessary adjustments.
• Completes related computer functions for patient histories and charges.
