Qualifications

• Completion of an approved program in advanced modality; or one year of experience in advanced modality.
• ARRT Registry in Diagnostic Radiology within 1 year required; advanced registry preferred for certain modalities.
• Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Technology may substitute for up to one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Rotate within Radiology and CT departments as needed.
• Assist with training Radiology and CT students.
• Perform imaging tasks including positioning, labeling, and protocol selection.
• Maintain radiation safety and infection control.
• Prepare patients for IV injections and contrast administration.
• Review prior images and communicate with radiologists as needed.
