Job summary

HealthPartners seeks an individual enrolled in a JR CERT Radiologic program to assist in limited computed tomography procedures and related duties. This role emphasizes patient care, safety practices, and collaboration within the radiology team.

Interns will work under supervision, assisting in positioning, documentation, and image review to ensure diagnostic quality while adhering to safety standards and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in JR CERT Radiologic program.
• Basic understanding of radiologic safety and patient positioning.
• Willingness to learn and follow hospital procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist CT Radiologic Technologists in patient positioning and setup.
• Help obtain and review clinical information and instructions before procedures.
• Aid in safe patient transfer to CT imaging tables.
• Provide patient comfort and monitor condition during imaging.
• Communicate clearly with patients and staff, ensuring proper identification and explanations.
