Qualifications
Certifications in ARRT-CT, ARRT-R, and possibly additional radiologic certifications are necessary.
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
Experience of at least 1 year in a relevant technical position is required.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of technical procedures using ultrasound to detect pathology.
Regulate equipment to produce ultrasound images and send them to PACS.
Assist in the daily operations of the Ultrasound Department.
