Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have CT
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
• Registered with American Registry Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
• Certification in: CT, MRI, Mammography, Ultrasound, PET CT, Nuclear Medicine, or Interventional Radiology
• Licensed in State of MD in applicable modalities
• Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification

Responsibilities

• Executes basic clinical competence in general radiology, and performs exams and procedures in CT, MRI, Mammography, Interventional Radiology, Ultrasound, PET CT, or Nuclear Medicine per facility protocols.
• Documents accurate patient care activity in electronic health records systems.
• Maintains a safe work environment and monitors supplies; reports equipment or environmental problems per policy.
• Participates in departmental and organizational performance improvement initiatives and in student/employee training.

Education

Associate degree, Certificate, or advanced degree in radiologic technology, or modalities of employment, from a program accredited by an agency recognized by USDE or CHEA
