Job summary

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM) Hartford is seeking construction litigation attorneys with at least 3 years’ experience for immediate openings. Flexible remote and hybrid work arrangements are available to successful candidates.

Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, strong academic backgrounds, and proven research abilities. Connecticut licensure is required; trial experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and admitted to practice in Connecticut.
• At least 3 years’ experience in construction litigation.
• Experience briefing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and leading written discovery.

Responsibilities

• Brief and argue motions.
• Take and defend depositions, and lead written discovery efforts.
• Appear at hearings, depositions, and trials; client interactions.
