Qualificações

• Active license to practice law in Connecticut.
• At least 3 years of construction litigation experience.
• Strong writing, research, and persuasive speaking skills.
• Experience briefing and arguing motions; taking depositions.
• Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and handle complex construction litigation assignments with minimal supervision.
• Lead written discovery efforts and coordinate depositions and hearings.
• Appear at hearings, depositions, and trials as needed.
• Prepare and argue motions, with strong advocacy on behalf of clients.
