Qualifications

• Must be licensed in CT.
• Strong knowledge of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems and ability to diagnose and repair problems.
• Ability to perform regular maintenance and keep accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, boilers, and heat pumps.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using diagnostic tools and system knowledge.
• Repair or replace faulty components (motors, leaks, compressors).
• Perform regular maintenance: clean ducts, replace filters, inspect components.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate problems and solutions clearly.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations; attend trainings as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed for billing and regulatory purposes.
• Ensure heating, cooling, and ventilation systems operate efficiently and effectively.
