Job summary

TRA Medical Imaging is seeking a CT Lead Technologist / Modality Specialist to ensure smooth CT services across outpatient sites. You will mentor staff, develop workflows, coordinate PTO, and manage coverage while coordinating with radiologists on image quality and protocols.

The role requires CT Technologist certification, state licensure, and BLS. You will drive accreditation efforts and lead modality meetings to support high-quality reads across locations.

Qualifications

• Must be certified CT Technologist and maintain CME, education, and certification requirements.
• Must have valid Washington State Radiologic Technologist Certification or licensure as applicable.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CT department operations across outpatient sites.
• Mentor and develop technical staff and coordinate training.
• Develop and modify CT workflows and protocols.
• Maintain accreditation and ensure regulatory compliance for CT services.
• Schedule staff, coordinate PTO, and cover call-outs.
• Coordinate CT residency program and site management communications.
• Collaborate with radiologists to optimize image quality and protocol changes.
