Adventist Health Bakersfield is seeking a CT Technologist Lead to operate CT equipment, produce diagnostic images, and act as a technical leader for the team. You will plan daily workload, mentor staff, and coordinate scheduling to ensure timely patient care.

The role requires an ARRT CT certification with CA licensure, BLS, and significant CT experience, including leadership. This is a full-time on-site position at Adventist Health Bakersfield.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology preferred.
• Five years of technical experience required.
• Two years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepares patients for CT procedures by explaining the process and positioning to capture the required images.
• Plans daily workload, guides a team, assigns resources, and monitors performance.
• Assists management with hiring, evaluation, and promotion decisions.
