Job summary

University Medical Center of Southern Nevada is seeking a Specialty Imaging Technologist - CT Scan for our Las Vegas campus. You will perform diagnostic CT exams using specialized equipment, ensuring optimal image quality and patient safety in a busy radiology department.

Required qualifications include an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology Program, NV Radiology licensure, ARRT registration in Radiography, and ARRT CT certification or equivalent, plus BLS.

Qualifications

• AMA approved Radiologic Technology Program.
• State of Nevada License in Radiology.
• ARRT Registered in Radiography; National CT/Angiography Certification.
• BLS certification accepted by AHA.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT exams in the CAT scan area using specialized equipment and protocols.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and optimal image quality.
• Adhere to radiology department procedures and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals.
