Job summary

Holy Cross Hospital - Davis in Utah is seeking a CT Tech to perform high-quality CT imaging and exams while delivering patient-centered care within the medical imaging department. You will lead other technologists, ensure adherence to radiation safety standards, and act as a clinical resource for the unit.

The role requires expert CT skills, strong safety mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to serve as a resource for colleagues and patients alike in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• ARRT CT, ARRT(N), ARRT(T) or CNMT registry required or ARRT (R) with CT training
• State Radiology Tech license (Kansas site)
• BLS certification from American Heart Association
• One year of related radiology experience
• Associate's Degree strongly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic imaging procedures with emphasis on safety for patient and staff
• Adheres to ALARA radiation protection principles to minimize exposure
• Produces high-quality images in a complete, accurate, and timely manner
• Provides patient/family with information, expectations, and emotional support
• Monitors patient and equipment during procedures and documents any abnormalities
• Performs IV starts and contrast administration as required
