• Recognizes adverse reactions and reacts appropriately; observes radiation safety standards.
• Utilizes scanning techniques and parameters to best demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
• Modifies protocols as indicated by pathology or trauma.
• May perform 3-D studies, biopsies, drainage and interventional CT.
• Evaluates images for diagnostic quality and artifacts; archives images.
