Job summary

Wellstar Health System in Georgia is seeking a Radiologic Technologist with CT capabilities to join our imaging team. The role requires performing exams, maintaining image quality, and ensuring patient safety per department procedures.

The ideal candidate will have ARRT Radiography and CT credentials, at least 1 year of radiology experience, and strong communication skills. You will work in a fast-paced environment, coordinate with clinicians, and support quality control and patient care.

Qualifications

• Accredited Radiologic Technology program completion.
• ARRT Radiography and CT certifications required.
• BLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Verify clinician order and prepare procedures.
• Position patients and operate CT/radiography equipment.
• Monitor patient safety and administer contrast as needed.
• Maintain image quality and proper labeling in RIS/PACS.
• Assist in emergency response and equipment maintenance.
• Adhere to infection control and patient privacy standards.
