Job summary

Delray Medical Center is seeking an Imaging Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of the radiology imaging department. The role supports the Imaging Director in policy development and ensures high-quality technical guidance to staff.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years as a radiologic technologist, CT technologist experience, and valid RT(R), ARRT(CT) certifications with Florida licensure and BLS. Join a large, community-focused hospital within Tenet Healthcare.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited program in medical imaging technology.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Science preferred.
• Minimum two years' experience as a radiologic technologist.
• One year of experience as a CT Technologist preferred.
• RT (R), ARRT(CT) certifications; Florida licensure; BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the imaging department.
• Assists the Imaging Director in developing, interpreting, and implementing departmental policies.
• Provides technical assistance and direction to technical staff and ancillary personnel.
• Meets performance and customer service standards of excellence.
• Participates on performance/process improvement groups as assigned.
• Active involvement in acquiring and maintaining accreditation for CT services.

Job Summary

Up to $20,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months

The Imaging Supervisor accepts supervisory responsibility for the day-to-day operations of your department functions and promotes leadership image. Assists the Imaging Director in the development, interpretation, and implementation of departmental policies. Provides technical assistance and direction to technical staff and ancillary personnel in a positive and professional manner. Meets the departmental standards of performance and the customer service standards of excellence. Participates on performance/process improvement groups as assigned. Actively participates in acquiring and maintaining accreditation for CT services.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

• Graduate of accredited program in medical imaging technology (Radiologic Science)
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Science preferred

Experience:

• Minimum two (2) years' experience as a radiologic technologist.
• One (1) year of experience as a CT Technologist preferred.

Required Certification/Licensure/Registration:

• Accredited program in radiologic technology;
• RT (R),
• ARRT(CT),
• Florida licensure,
• BLS Certification.
