You will verify clinician orders, prepare patients, operate imaging equipment, and ensure patient safety and comfort while upholding radiation safety standards. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and collaboration with clinical staff to deliver accurate images and exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Accredited radiologic technology program completion.
• ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of one year radiology experience.

Responsibilities

• Verify clinician orders and prepare patients for imaging procedures.
• Operate radiography and CT equipment with safety and efficiency.
• Monitor image quality and perform image quality assessments.
• Maintain sterile techniques and uphold radiation safety standards.
• Respond to emergencies and support department staff as needed.
• Document procedures and collaborate with medical staff.
• Support quality control, equipment maintenance, and patient education.
