Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT Registry in Diagnostic Radiology within 1 year, BCLS on hire.
• Advanced modality experience preferred; substitution rules may apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans per physician orders and imaging protocols.
• Verify patient identity, history, and exam requests.
• Explain procedures and answer patient questions.
• Position patients to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
• Operate CT scanners safely and efficiently; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Document procedures in PACS/RIS and the EMR.
• Maintain equipment and perform QA checks; report issues.
• Adhere to ALARA radiation safety principles.
