Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Lead CT Technologist to oversee the CT department's day-to-day operations, ensure patient safety, and coordinate scheduling with radiologists and nursing staff.

The ideal candidate will have ARRT RT(R)(CT) certification, an AS degree in Radiography, Florida licensure, and at least three years as a CT technologist with leadership experience; five years preferred.

Qualifications

• ARRT RT(R)(CT) certification and Florida radiography license required.
• Minimum three years as Lead CT technologist; five years as CT technologist preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited radiography program with AS degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily CT department operations and patient scheduling.
• Perform routine CT procedures and examinations.
• Review requisitions for special exams with radiologists' guidance.
• Support radiology department and other hospital areas.
• Develop performance management plans and drive process improvements.
