Job summary

BayCare Health System in Clearwater seeks an experienced Radiologic Technologist (CT) to join the Imaging Central Ops-MPH team at Morton Plant. This full-time role supports daily scheduling, patient care, and image quality within a busy radiology department.

The position requires ARRT Radiography certification, BLS, and radiology-specific education. You will collaborate with clinicians to ensure timely, accurate imaging and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Radiology certification and experience in radiologic procedures.
• ARRT Radiography and BLS certifications required.
• Technical program completion or degree in radiology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing schedule to meet departmental needs.
• Provide team coaching and mentoring under leadership guidance.
• Promote continuous quality improvement and patient care excellence.
• Act as ambassador for BayCare Health System mission and values.
