Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist, Contrast Media, to provide technical and clinical leadership across the sales process within the U.S. region.

The role covers pre-sale demonstrations, post-sale installations, training, and ongoing customer support to ensure successful go-lives and high satisfaction. Key responsibilities include leading clinical discussions, delivering comprehensive training, and supporting trade shows while ensuring compliance with privacy and quality

Qualifications

• Current ARRT CT certification.
• Active CE credits.
• 4+ years clinical/technical CT experience, including contrast media delivery solutions (power injectors).
• Active professional certifications/registries to image live patients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region and to national meetings/tradeshows.
• Compliance with driving record checks when operating company vehicles.
• Ability to communicate effectively in local language.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and clinical leadership during sales by demonstrating product features and benefits.
• Develop, coordinate and deliver product training on software, applications, and equipment.
• Improve customer satisfaction and retention through ongoing education on equipment utilization.
• Support trade shows and conferences with product demos and customer training.
• Assist sales with market and product knowledge for strategies.
• Produce post-training reports and feedback on customer needs.
• Coordinate with SFDC opportunities for logging and tracking queries.
• Comply with privacy, anti-competition, EH&S policies and quality management requirements.
