GE HealthCare is seeking an Clinical Applications Specialist (CAS) for CT modality expertise. The role supports pre-sale through post-implementation education and training to clinical end-users, enhancing customer experience and driving high NPS.

Travel and on-site education delivery are integral to the job. Ideal candidates have an Associates degree plus CT Modality certification and 3+ years as a CT Technologist, with strong software skills and relocation flexibility within the US.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and CT Modality certification are required.
• 3+ years' experience as a CT Technologist.
• Willingness to relocate to Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Albuquerque, NM; Southern Rocky Region.
• Must travel 80%+ (4–5 days/wk, including overnights and some weekends) within US.
• Proficient with Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other web-based tools.
• Ability to learn specialized industry software and deliver digital education solutions.

Responsabilités

• Develop product, clinical, and software knowledge within the CT modality.
• Provide pre-sale clinical evaluations and educational sessions to customers.
• Coordinate customer training with sales, project management, and service teams.
• Drive revenue through on-site or remote clinical education delivery.
• Produce documentation pre through post training in a timely manner.
• Provide ongoing post-installation training and support.
• Maintain relationships and communicate issues or opportunities to management and teams.
