An established industry player in healthcare is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join their dedicated team. Under the direction of the Chief Technologist, the CT Tech performs Cat Scan Procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Performs a variety of technical diagnostic imaging procedures that will require independent judgment, with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for imaging diagnosis. Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required.
EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma required, Associate’s degree preferred.
Satisfactory completion of formal Radiologic technology program, must be CT certified by the ARRT.
Valid license by the State of New York, Injection registered.
