Job summary

EY is seeking a senior communications leader to drive strategic communications for Client Technology's CT BMC initiatives in a fast-changing, AI-driven environment. You will influence senior leaders, lead high-visibility programs and align messaging with global CT and EY priorities.

You will partner with global teams to shape narratives, manage risks, and deliver measurable business outcomes through advanced digital and AI-enabled communications.

Qualifications

• Experience advising and influencing senior leaders within large, global organizations.
• Proven ability to develop enterprise-wide communications and marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of technology, AI, transformation and risk topics.
• Excellent stakeholder management across geographies and leadership levels.
• Outstanding storytelling and editorial skills.
• Fluency with digital channels and AI-enabled communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic program communications and engagement for high-priority CT & G&I initiatives.
• Provide executive advisory on communications and complex, high-visibility programs.
• Develop strategies to strengthen trust, resilience, and reputation of CT & EY tech.
• Shape messaging frameworks aligning with CT and EY priorities.
• Lead communications for issues and major projects with timely stakeholder engagement.
• Define success metrics and use data to optimize programs.
