Banner Baywood Medical Center in Mesa, AZ, a 342-bed facility, seeks a CT Scanning Department Leader to provide operational and clinical support within the CT department. This role will focus on staffing, quality initiatives, and patient care standards in a busy imaging service.
You will supervise and develop staff, drive department goals, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary partners to ensure safe and efficient patient care while maintaining fiscal responsibility and program
Schedule: Monday through Friday, days a week with 10 hour shifts - 7:00am to 5:30pm. Day off would vary. Call and Holiday Coverage.
Day to day: This leader will provide operational and clinical support for the CT department while serving as a resource for staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary partners. They will support daily operations, staffing, quality initiatives, employee development, and patient care activities while helping drive departmental goals and continuous improvement efforts. This individual will be passionate about developing others, building strong relationships, and creating a positive work environment that supports both team and organizational success.

This position provides operational, financial, managerial and/or clinical support within the department. Supervises and participates in selection, orientation, counseling and evaluation of staff. May perform prescribed procedures as directed by following department/facility policies, procedures and protocol. This position ensures optimal care/treatment to patient population.
