Job summary

A technology services provider is seeking skilled CST (SWORD) Operators. Applicants must be former military Officers or NCOs with Warfighter CAX experience, able to handle software on tablets or PCs. Candidates should be available to work long shifts in a PC room and speak English, French, or Dutch. The position offers excellent benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off, but does not offer visa sponsorship. Locals with US Citizenship are preferred.

Qualifications

• Former military Officer or NCO with Warfighter CAX User or Operator experience.
• Ability to handle software on tablet or PC without being an IT specialist.
• Availability to work long days (7 to 22) for 5 to 10 consecutive days in a PC Room.
• Fluency in English, French, or Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Support Planning & Coordinating exercises with SWORD software.
• Create, load, and adapt SWORD scenarios for training.
• Run and support the Exercise using the SWORD software.
• Prepare and execute debriefings post-exercise.
