Job summary

Advanced Surgical Care of Clearwater is a fast-paced ASC environment, seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to scrub for procedures and maintain a sterile field. You will prepare supplies and equipment while supporting the surgical team and quality initiatives.

Eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $7,500. OR experience in ortho/ENT is highly preferred. Strong teamwork and communication are essential to coordinate with physicians and staff in a patient-centered setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Completion of a Surgical Technician Program.
• CST certification required.
• Ambulatory surgical center experience preferred.
• Ortho and/or ENT experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic techniques.

Responsibilities

• Scrubs for surgical procedures as part of the team.
• Maintains a sterile field during procedures.
• Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment.
• Supports quality improvement activities and team objectives.
