A-Tech Consulting, Inc. seeks a Project Industrial Hygienist I to conduct asbestos, lead, and mold assessments, perform clearance testing, and monitor projects at client sites.

This role requires a CSST certification, strong communication, and meticulous data handling in a dynamic field environment in Campbell, CA. You will train and mentor staff, manage client communications, and ensure compliance with EPA/OSHA guidelines while delivering practical recommendations for hazard control.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of industry experience with hands-on hazardous materials assessments.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to safely operate an XRF analyzer and manage environmental data with precision.
• Willingness to work in the field and long hours, including overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct asbestos, lead, and mold assessments at client sites.
• Perform clearance testing and project monitoring to ensure compliance.
• Collect samples and document findings using web-based tools.
• Provide actionable recommendations for hazard control and safety.
• Train and mentor staff to build a safety-focused team.
• Coordinate with clients and field staff for smooth project execution.
