• Provide recommendations for handling hazardous materials and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Train new staff and provide mentorship to build a knowledgeable, safety‑conscious team.
• Manage communication with clients, field technicians, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

What You Bring:

• DOSH Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST) certification.
• CDPH Lead Sampling Technician certification.
• 1‑3 years of industry experience, with hands‑on expertise in hazardous materials assessments.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
• The ability to safely operate an XRF analyzer and manage environmental data with precision.
• Ability to work in the field as needed, and availability to work long hours, including weekends, overtime and double time.
