Job summary

The Guidance Center Inc. in Leavenworth, KS seeks a CSS Clinician to join our interdisciplinary team. You will deliver intake assessments, initial treatment planning, and psychotherapy (individual, family, and group) for CSS clients, including after-hours options as needed.

Requires a Master's degree in Social Work or related field and Kansas licensure (LMSW/LSCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC or equivalent) by start date. We value flexible schedules and a holistic approach to community mental health.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and licensure by the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board by start date.
• Preferred: two semesters of master-level practicum in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide intake assessments and initial treatment planning for CSS clients.
• Provide psychotherapy (individual, family, and group) and ongoing treatment planning.
• Offer daytime crisis services and adapt to after-hours scheduling when needed.
• Ensure services follow clinical guidelines and funding requirements.
• Document clinical notes, reports, and other professional products per Quality Improvement standards.
